- Development of trade programs for both MT&TT channels based on company targets by creating trade tools used to improve volume, distribution and visibility in store
- Assesment of the effectiveness of the promotions by making pre-post analysis.
- Timely tracking and reporting of trade promotion budget
- Cooperation with Marketing, Channel Activation and In Store Excellence teams for development of in-store display units, creation of POP materials and development&execution of tailor made promotions for Key Account customers.
- Analyze nielsen market, shopper, company sell out data and draw conclusions.
- Proactively support companys category leadership and in store excellence initiatives in TT and MT channels by planning, close follow up and coordinating the related departments
- Make field visits to monitor trade promotions effectiveness, initiatives execution and trade environment and competitors.
- Take active role in demand and commercial planning process in collobaration with marketing and sales.
- Collobarate with sales, channel activation and marketing for developing and delivery of NPD plans per channel for best in class execution.
Aranan Nitelikler :
- University degree,
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing Function in FMCG business,
- Strong understanding of market, products and customers in all categories and channels,
- Strong analytical and business problem solving skills,
- Strong communication and organization skills,
- Good planning and negotiation skills,
- Good presentation and project management skills,
- Proactive, team player and decision maker,
- Organized and result oriented,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Driving licence.
