Job Description :
  •     To be responsible for running the CI agenda for related categories.
  •     To ensure the proper planning and execution of consumer research studies for related categories.
  •     To be responsible for  retail and household track data  to track the performance of Kraft business on related categories and  give regular input to company and management team.
  •     To ensure the proper planning and execution of shopper research studies for related categories.
  •     To be responsible for  brand and ad tracking and give regular input to consumer tracking data.
  •     To be responsible for generating insights to feed marketing, trade marketing and innovation teams.
  •     To provide accurate information and give actionable recommendations to marketing, trade marketing, innovation and media teams.
  •     To be responsible for controlling the level of spent for related category CI studies.
Qualifications :
  • As Kraft Foods Turkey, we are looking for a "Consumer Insight and Strategy Business Partner " who will work closely with the marketing teams to coordinate market researches and to understand consumer insights for different categories.
  •     Bachelor's degree in areas of Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Statistics. MBA or MS in marketing is preferred.
  •     At least 4-6 years experience in a market research agency or market research positioning a company (preferably; esp. FMCG).
  •     Functional Knowledge: research methodologies; statistics.
  •     Good understanding of key qualitative & quantitative methods of market research & business processes.
  •     Fair experience in executing the ad hoc (quant&qual) consumer studies and brand&ad tracking studies.
  •     To be able to read and link multi sourced data to come up with a recommendation/conclusion.e.g. HHP, ACN, ad tracking.
  •     Fluent in written and spoken English.
  •     Good time management & priorities setting skills.
  •     Analytical mind & ability to learn quickly.
  •     For male candidates, military service should be done.
