Job Description :
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets in the region,
- Plan,
manage every effort and organize sales team to achieve goals. Monitor
the performance of every sales team member regularly to ensure that
goals are on track,
- Meet
with sales team regularly to coach, counsel, support, motivate and
offer information they need in order to help them meet their sales
goals,
- Play an effective role in recruiting and training new sales people,
- Review and manage inventory with supply chain and logistics,
- Manage
and motivate sales & merchandising teams to make effective in-store
executions according to trade marketing priorities,
- Visit
and analyze stores/customers regularly to understand market dynamics
and requirements. Handle customer complaints and put an effort to
resolve. Share the newest market data (opportunities, threats) with the
central account/trade marketing team,
- Coordinate daily operational issues with supply chain and logistics and Trade Marketing,
- Create new projects and create opportunities in the field to develop channel sales and growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor'sdegree in areas of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas.
- This position requires minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Preferably field sales experience in Modern Channel or Regional Key Accounts,
- Ability to organize and manage sales teams,
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills,
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
- Good command of computer skills required, especially in MS Office, Excel/PowerPoint and SAP usage,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Driving licence.
